Scheduling Appointments: Please call 816.228.7171, or click here to reserve your experience using our online booking option. We recommend you schedule your return services prior to leaving the salon so you may enjoy the most optimum scheduling convenience. However, should you need to re-schedule we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to appointment time/date.
Arriving for Appointments: We encourage all of our guests to arrive at least 10 minutes early for their first appointment to allow time to unwind and have a beverage, while completing the New Guest Registration Form before your service. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive a relaxing, leisurely service.
Late Arrivals: Most appointments are booked in 10 minute intervals. Because of this, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment, or opt to receive partial service. This is not always the case, but it is a definite possibility as we attempt to avoid making later guests wait beyond their reservation time. Any advanced warning would be appreciated.
Confirmations: We make every attempt to confirm all reservations 48 hours in advance (either via phone call, text message or email) and ask that you please respond at that time. If we have not received a response 24 hours prior to your reservation we will make another attempt via telephone call to confirm the appointment. If we do not receive a verification by the end of business day prior to your reservation, the reservation will be assumed to be invalid and we will attempt to fill that time with a request from our cancellation list.
Cancellations: We understand that sometimes things come up that will not allow you to make your appointment and we request that you please give a 24 hours notice if you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. Advanced notice allows us to utilize stylist’s ability to accommodate all guests’ needs.
No Shows: No show appointments will be handled accordingly.
The first will be noted on the Guest Profile, in our computer system.
Two missed appointments will require the purchase of a gift certificate in the value of your service at the time of booking to hold the time for you. If this is not an option, we encourage you to visit one of our stylists that would be available for a walk-in appointment
Prices: As our professional hair dressers continue to advance in their profession their prices will adjust accordingly .We will do our best to inform you of upcoming adjustments whenever possible. If your stylist becomes priced beyond your personal comfort, please ask to be referred to a stylist priced closer to your comfort range.Returns: All retail items (products, etc.) are non-refundable but can be exchanged for alternate products or returned for in-store credit, within 14 days.
Beauty Passes are non-refundable and are redeemable for services only.
